Tiffany Fairy

I've had this image printed out for some time but hadn't got around to colouring it!'

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:

Cupcake Inspirations - Magical
http://cupcakeinspirations.blogspot.co.nz/2015/09/challenge-329.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The paper is quite shiny which I found a little difficult to photograph.  I added a heart shaped doily.  The image is from Milk Coffee and has been coloured with copic markers.  I glittered the wings with Stickles - Diamond.  I die-cut the image using a Spellbinders Oval die and then added faux stitching around the edge.  I embellished the card with some pearls from Rosies Studio, a flower from Iva Nova Chest, two white ribbon roses that I coloured with BG49 and some leaves which I die-cut using a Memory Box die.

Pink Garden

I found this paper in a paper pad that I have had for ages - and felt it matched the image I was using really well.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kate Knight.  The images are from Sparkle n Sprinkle.  I used a Spellbinders Labels die to die-cut the flower image and fussy cut the butterfly image (which I printed 3 times).  I also added some flower shaped embellishments.  Colouring is with copic markers and then I added some Stickles - Diamond to the flower centres.

Traditional Christmas Ornament

Another Christmas card using traditional colours.  Although I quite like using non-traditional colours, there are some of my card recipients that can't quite cope with purples and blues on Christmas cards!

I have used a paper from Rosie's Studio for the background.  I die-cut a lattice frame using a Spellbinders die and added this over the top.  I tucked the images from Delicious Doodles into the lattice (and then found I needed to glue it down to hold it there!).  I added some Peel Off Stickers at the top and bottom (which also needed gluing), a sentiment, two black brads and some bat, ghost and spider shaped confetti.

Pink for Christmas

I have used the colours from the challenge at Catch The Bug.  Back to creating Christmas cards with non-traditional colours!  I also found five challenges all sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps to enter the card into!

Pin Up Girls

It is time for a new challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.  This week our theme is Pin Up Girls and we are sponsored for this challenge by Karleigh Sue Digis.

http://craftyourpassionchallenges.blogspot.co.nz/2015/09/challenge-279-always-anything-goes.html

I have used a paper from Kaisercraft for the background.  The vertical strip is part of another paper from the same paper pad (Sandy Toes).  I added a pennant cut from blue pearlescent paper across the card.  The image is from From The Heart Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  I then matted using some glossy navy paper.

This is the sketch that I followed (but not the twist this time!):

Orange Medallion

I'm pleased with how this medallion turned out.  I used one of my two favourite colours for it.

I am entering my card into the following challenges:

http://robynsfetishchallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/challenge-208-square-cards-4202014.html

Lifting a card

This isn't something I have done much of - but I couldn't resist the challenge at Deedee's Digis!  The original card is by Carol:

I followed her layout but used a different digi:

Card for a teenage girl

I didn't have a rocker image for a female - but I thought this one is a good teenage girl image:

This image is very versatile - but for this card I decided to go with a Christmas theme.

Banner Day

I found two challenges - both with a banner theme - and both sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs.  So, of course I just had to join in with them!

The Outlawz Saturday Challenge - It's a Banner Day

Sassy Studio Designs - Have a Banner Day
http://sassystudiodesigns.blogspot.co.nz/2015/09/have-benner-day-dtsbt-299.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  I added some pinky red Angelina Fibres over the top to add some texture.  The image is from Sassy Studio Designs and is coloured with copic markers.  I die-cut some banners using a Tattered Lace die set and strung these across the top of the card so that she is peeking out from behind them!  I also added some red pearls, some red ribbon roses and some leaves die-cut from green paper using a Memory Box die.

Spotty Dotty Halloween

Dots in the paper - & dots in the embellishment!

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
The East Wind - For the little ones (cute rather than scary Halloween!!)
http://www.theeastwind.com/
Creative Craft Cottage - Let's get spotty
http://creativecraftcottage.blogspot.co.nz/2015/09/challenge-47-lets-get-spotty.html

I have used a spotty paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I added some Halloween looking web ribbon.  The image is from The East Wind and is coloured with copic markers.  I added a Halloween embellishment I bought last year (haven't seen anything like this in our shops so far this year but I'm hoping I do!).  The matting is from a scrap paper pack I bought some time ago - lots of different papers in differing sizes.

Christmas Thank You

I tend to do quite a few of these combo cards.  For us, Christmas is the end of the school year - and also the end of activities before summer break.  It makes sense just to create one card that says Thank You and Merry Christmas.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
CHNC - Festive Greenery

Creative Ladybirds - Anything Goes
http://creativeladybirdscreations.blogspot.co.nz/2015/09/challenge-7.html

I have used a paper, a border die cut and a corner accent die-cut all from a Christmas paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Stitchy Bear Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers.  I die cut with a fancy Spellbinders die and also added some pearls from Rosie's Studio to the image.  The sentiment is from Digital Doodling and has been die-cut with a Spellbinders pennant die.  I also added a smaller pearl from Rosie's Studio to the corner accent.

Apple Harvest

Purely by accident I discovered a couple of new challenges.  One of the themes was perfect for a pad of paper I have that hasn't been used much.  So....... I just had to join in!

I have used a light green card blank.  I used a fancy rectangle die set from Spellbinders to cut the frame and the image.  The image is from A Day For Daisies and has been coloured with copic markers.  The paper I used for the frame as well as the sentiment both come from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I also added some Liquid Pearls - Mint Green.
